"I like the brand itself and this is a pretty specific problem but I came out of my way to this mall with a limited time-frame to return an item and now I have to stand around for 30 minutes waiting to make a return? As someone who’s worked multiple retail jobs it’s really weird for a retail store not to have at least 2 people on a shift to make up for needed breaks. This is also the second time I’ve seen this sign up so it’s not a one-time thing."

"Terrible experience. Me and my wife came in the store to find some nice clothes for the summer time. The clothes are cheaply made but very overpriced."

"Strongly dislike this location. It’s dark, the sales associates who work here never provide any customer service, they judge you based on what you purchase or return and ask “who would even buy this” as I have the item in my hand ready to check out. They also give you passive aggressive attitudes and refused to process my return. Thank goodness Francesca’s corporate and Instagram helped me with it."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS ONE. My 15 yr daughter went shopping at this store last night to buy someone a gift. I was not with her at the time she comes to me crying explaining how the cashier was rude, snatched the money out of her hand and slammed bag on counter. I went over there with her to request an explanation and apology. They were not very sympathetic and in any case no matter the circumstances or bad day one may have had there is NO NEED FOR THAT!"

"This is a wonderful little shop and the customer service was also very pleasant. The prices are pretty high but they do have some reasonable items on clearance and they do have a lovely selection of purses, gift items, and clothing. The shop has Exquisite details and has a very lovely smell."
