"Just went into this store…girl with the half bleached half black hair kept staring at me as if I was going to steal something like she was not letting up just standing there staring. She made the shopping experience terrible and I ended up leaving because I was made to feel so uncomfortable."

"Walked in and asked a worker Ana If she could help me find the bracelets. I asked politely and was given a long paused looked and told “They are everywhere”. She pointed at different booths with an attitude and proceeded to organize the bins. All I asked was to be pointed in the direction of where I should go, and maybe further information in regards to what I was looking for exactly. She quickly went to her manager to talk about me in Spanish to her manager. I felt extremely uncomfortable and left the store. Bad customer service, was treated less than, once walking in. Will not return to this location and will call to corporate on this experience. I worked hard and just didn't deserve any of this."

"Bracelet broke the first day. I'm visiting from out of town and can't call because the number on Google says disconnected. I go to the website, view the Florida Mall location, no number. Good grief. 0 Star if it were an option!"

"Repeat customer to this store that’s always shifting around the Florida Mall and I always have to stop by whenever I’m there because they have great deals and great long lasting Jewelry. Today I had the wonderful pleasure of being taken care of by Sangita Patel who made sure I got everything I needed and took good care of me. Got two things this time but like always I’ll be back for more."
