"I visited Pandora at Millenia Mall with the intention of finding a special piece of jewelry. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the magical moment I had anticipated. The staff's demeanor was not only uninviting but outright rude, casting a shadow over the entire visit. Their lack of product knowledge was astonishing. Each question I posed seemed to be met with confusion, followed by the associate disappearing for upwards of 15 minutes to seek answers, leaving me stranded in a sea of uncertainty. It's disheartening when the excitement of purchasing something beautiful is tarnished by poor customer service. The essence of Pandora is supposed to be about creating memorable moments through their jewelry, but the only memory I left with was one of frustration and disappointment. It's a basic expectation that staff at such a renowned store would be knowledgeable and eager to assist, yet the reality fell woefully short. In an era where customer experience can make or break a brand's reputation, it's shocking to see such negligence. I had hoped for a pleasant shopping experience, one where staff would share insights about their products, making the process personal and enjoyable. Instead, I was met with indifference and incompetence. I sincerely hope that this feedback serves as a wake-up call for the management at Pandora - Millenia Mall. Investing in thorough training and emphasizing the importance of customer service is not just necessary; it's imperative. Until significant improvements are made, I regret to say that I will not be returning and would caution others to temper their expectations should they choose to visit."

"2 minutes ago NEW The service in the store they have at Macys in the mall at Millenia is terrible. The saleswomen have 0 customer service. A week ago I bought these two bracelets and later I had to go and change them the next day because the clasp was useless and opened and I took advantage of the change. The first one that was a size larger, today I went and the same rude girl named Samantha helped me to tell her that I had bought it a week ago and it had already turned yellow. I simply wanted a solution. At no time did I ask to change them or anything. She said that she couldn't help me in any way because it was probably my fault because of the perfume or something that was like that, to which I said that I didn't want to change it or anything, I just wanted a solution and I asked her if they didn't offer the service. cleaning and then she said no for now but she didn't even offer that service, simply at first what she said was that she couldn't really help me, the attention they have in the shop they have inside Macys is super terrible, they should hire staff who at least know customer service"
