"If I could give zero stars I would. I took my Breitling time piece in for repair reluctantly because of the cloudiness inside the watch. Water got in somehow and I was aware of this. The watch still operated perfectly but the display would get cloudy on random days with no consistency. The owner and I haggled on the price of the repair which settled at about $1,000. Worst mistake ever!!!!!!! My watch was repaired, and in worst shape the moment I received it back. I brought it back because the watch would no longer keep time longer than 12 - 15 hours, even while wearing it. Madison Jewelers has a Jeweler that supposedly has been a jeweler for 30 years but has had to repair my watch 11 times over the past year. Charan was asked multiple times for pictures showing me the inside of the watch showing me what was repaired. He refused. However, he was willing to show pictures of what was damaged before the repair! The final result for not being able to get the watch to function as it did prior to the first repair was to tell me the parts are not available. My watch has since then, had a knob fall off the top right and the winder feels like it will fall off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Already hired an attorney"

"A nice little Jewelry shop. Today I went in to see about selling a couple of rings. One was a college ring and the other is a family heirloom. I met a delightful man named Charan. We chatted a while and I discovered his son is helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army. We both did our training at the same post. A great American. So...I showed him the rings. He asked me a couple of questions about them. I wanted to see what he thought. Well to my suprise he nailed it. He is the first jeweler in 45 years to know exactly the style of ring and what region of the world it came from. I was truly amazed. He made a fair offer but after hearing him tell what a wonderful ring it was I decided to keep it. I think he really appreciated my family ring and I came away with a new found appreciation for the rings as well. The rings are not worth a lot of money but they have great wealth in meaning to me now. It is a rare person that may do that for one such as I. Thank you so much Charan!"

"This is a pre-purchase review only, I offered on a watch, that was listed at 10,700. Because this watch had a replica, non authentic bezel, I offered the asking price of the watch, less the cost to replace the bezel insert of said watch. I was told this offer was not accepted and that the owner was taking this watch to a show… if the watch returned from the week long show and was not sold, they would entertain my offer. One week later the watch was NOT sold, I offered the same offer and it was declined. 30 minutes later the owner told me he had just got a deposit on the watch and could not sell it to me. The whole process was frustrating, especially that the owner seemed not to care in the slightest bit that he was selling a 10,700 watch with non authentic, eBay components. Their sales rep Nathalie is fantastic, but their owner is not, and the way business is conducted was a bit sketchy. I cannot speak for their jewelry business but I would NOT buy a timepiece here."
