"Always professional customer service from this location. Don't care for the new remodel. The old layout had much more room for clients with nooks and very nice restrooms. The jewelry and accessories were separated into different areas within the store. The new layout seems much smaller with less space for customers to view merchandise. Again, this is Tiffany & Co. so you shouldn't leave disappointed! Ask for Idris - he took very good care of me since Jay Yamaguchi retired last year. Idris took care of every detail and we were very pleased!"

"I’m disappointed! Bought a bracelet for my wife’s birthday in August. The clasp broke a couple weeks ago so we took it to the store to get it repaired. The manager proceeded to tell us that they ‘stand by their products’ but for only 30 days!!! What? Why would I ever pay the premium for jewelry that Tiffany charges when they are going to send off this bracelet and charge us to have it repaired! I’m not the biggest jewelry buyer around but I do spend $30k-$50k per year for gifts. IDC cleans every bit of jewelry every time we walk in, they fix anything that breaks right there in their store with their jeweler that is right there… and they go out of their way to make my wife feel special. Don’t shop at Tiffany, go to IDC and ask for Lilia… you won’t be sorry!"

"This was my first time shopping at a Tiffany & Co. location. Dina made it such a pleasant experience. I wanted to shop for a fragrance for my mother & she helped me choose the perfect item.
