"My husband and I originally came to this store to get him sized for his wedding band and so I could try on a few wedding band styles with my engagement ring, and we both ended up purchasing our wedding bands that day! Carmon was extremely helpful. She guided us in the right direction and she let us try on several styles. We both love our rings! I’ve also been back for a semi-annual cleaning and was taken care of quickly and easily. All in all I am really happy!"

"I went to pick up my online order, I understand that it’s almost Christmas Time but the girls that work there were very disorganized. No smiles all I heard was complaining and loud shrugs. When I received my watch they didn’t clean it smile nothing! This place did not make me feel comfortable at all. It was my first time in this Kay’s which I’ve gone to others and always had good experiences but definitely not this one. Service was horrible not only that but I needed links to be removed from the watch. The sales girl looked like she didn’t feel like doing it and when she finally was about to do it she sighed loudly and asked another girl how to do it. At the end I just told her to leave it alone “I will get it done at a different Kay’s” first and last time going to this Kay’s"
