"If I could give 0 stars I would. I went into this store about a week ago because it's across the street from my job and I needed to find some black pants for a new part time job that I got. When purchasing the pants, I asked if they had a fitting room and the young lady told me no, they didn't, so I asked could I return the pants if they didn't fit. The store associate told me as long as I had my receipt that I could return the clothes. I don't shop at Rainbow, but I took a chance because it's convenient for me since it's by my job. The sales associate today when I went back to return the items informed that I could not get my money back because it had been 7 days. How was I supposed to know that if that information was not told to me. If I ask an associate about returning clothes if they don't fit and they don't tell me about your policy, how am I supposed to know. The associate today kept saying it's at the bottom of the receipt and I explained to her that if I am asking an associate about the return policy, then I am not looking at the bottom of the receipt. I had to get an over $30 store credit that I didn't want because of an error on your part. How is that right or fair? & the other associate that was behind the counter was there the day I bought the pants and asked the associate about the return policy and never did she say anything about the 7 days either. It's the holidays, I don't know about anyone else, but I don't have money to waste, and I don't want a store credit from a store I don't shop at. I will NEVER shop at this store again. For the fact that you sell clothes and don't have fitting rooms is crazy anyways and once I saw that I should have gone with my gut and went somewhere else but once the associate confirmed i could return them as long as I had the receipt, I didn't think I would have this issue. Whoever the manager is over this store, you need to have your associates to clearly explain the return policy and either circle or highlight the policy on the receipt. Thats's your job to tell us...it's not our job to figure it out. $35 gone down the drain...and the girls that work the front counter...I understand if Spanish is your first language but it's rude to start speaking in that language when someone is coming to you with a complaint, and it would be rude if anyone that spoke another language did that. It's common courtesy. When someone comes in with a complaint and you begin to do that, the only thing I can put in my mind is that you are speaking fowl about me. It's about making the customer feel comfortable since we are the ones contributing to your pay. I gave this store a try and I truly regret doing that."

"Visited on 8/12/2023: While I could kinda tell they had some nice things at reasonable prices, this branch was partially literally in darkness. I overheard other customers complaining the same. It also seemed a bit disorganized and crammed (compared to the Lakeland Square Mall’s branch), but at least I found 4 items of clothing I was very pleased with."

"There was no air conditioning. The clothes weren't organized at all. I couldn't locate what I wanted anywhere. Why would you have adult underwear mixed in with children's clothes? There were three employees working, two of which were at the registers and a large line and only one of them were checking people out. On a better note, I love rainbow and their clothes which is why I'm giving this place two stars."

"Love the clothes and price but the customer service that is offered is 0 and the line is long and 3 girls at front only 1 ringing up and she slow because they are just having full blown conversations among themselves and no apology and when it’s your turn the don’t say a word the just start ringing up your items! The text rainbow for 10% off you show them the code and they never ring in 10% and they say not my fault next time make sure before you pay! Maybe have a class on customer service skills or just basic kindness. The response on all these reviews are we apologize but nothing is ever done"
