"Nope! I had a certified letter processed thru this contractor and it was never delivered to me. I had it investigated just to be told that this facilities sorting machine aye my rent check. Now I'm being evicted. Thanks"

"I have a piece of mail in the Location for already 10 days just sitting there. No one from the post office can help me. I have had 2-3 sets of case numbers to track this mail and nothing found.Each time the tracking numbers say it has been resolved, when it;s not. They can't locate my mail, when it says it's the disburation center. I paid for a certified mail receipt, good thing. It was sent to Las Veags, and never dilivered , and sent back here, I am waiting for my mail. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.!!!!!!"

"One out of every few packages I have shipped to me ends up going here. It's held up for a couple days, then gets delivered without any further tracking updates except delivered. Why does this happen and how can I prevent it? I had two packages sent from the same person at the same time. Both had the same item inside. One was delivered on time while the other sits in limbo, hopefully until it gets dropped off without tracking, a day or two late."
