"The new owners have horrible customer service. They also canceled my background check when the new owners took over and told me they will not give me any money back on what i put down for my purchase. Offered to run another background check but i refused because i will not do business with such ignorant people and have to pay more money when they already said i can not get a refund or none of the other money is counted even tho i have a receipt. Every time you try to speak the guy gets loud and cuts you off. Im just out of the over $700 toward my purchase and they were real ignorant about it. THEY ARE NOTHING LIKE THE OLD GUYS THAT WHERE RUNNING THE PLACE!!!!"

"Excellent experience with each visit to St.Nicholas Guns and Range. Knowledgeable and friendly staff in the showroom and gun range. Recently under new management updated and well organized. Large selection of rental guns to choose from to try out brands, models and calibers which I used to help narrow down my choice in a firearm. NRA certified Shooting Coaches teach gun safety and concealed carry courses there right on site in their comfortable classroom with excellent program materials. I took both their Gun Safety Class and their Concealed Carry Class and benefitted greatly from each. I cannot give Coach George Howard enough solid praise for how well he instructed both those classes and also coaches in private shooting lessons. Their range is well staffed, excellently ventilated, safe and organized. As mentioned earlier, I tried several brands and models of their rental guns before finalizing my decision to purchase my first handgun from them. I look forward to continuing shooting lessons with my new handgun with frequent practices at their range. Kudos to the new management and excellent staff for making St. Nicholas Gun and Range a safe, professional and enjoyable place to visit."
