"There is a review here from 2 weeks ago that says Bruce and his team also worked on the permitting. They claimed to do my permitting but all they did was go and stick flags in my yard. The building division/coding department in Hernando County have no record of anything in their system. Please read all other reviews before doing work with these crooks. Super frustrated with this company, not reliable, doesn't get back to me when they say they will, office was closed even when it says online they were opened, the owner Bruce is more concerned about his reputation than in handling my concerns. I do not appreciate how I've been treated by Afforadable and will never recommend them to my family and friends who ask me about the process of buying a manufactured home. I am going with a different installation company, I've given Afforadable Mobile Home Transport the opportunity to make things right and they haven't. After I chose to do business with them it's like they dropped me and forgot about me."
"Affordable mobile Home transport just set our home. They also helped us with the permitting. We honestly had no idea of the process of moving a mobile and getting it setup. The county can be a nightmare but Bruce and his crew and office people helped us get it going and done. They did an awesome job thanks Again! We plan on doing a second home soon and we will be calling you guys again!"
