"I wish this place was open when I was a mechanic at the airlines. The price of their tools and the quality are outstanding. I can get a full set of wrenches for what I would pay for one from snap on. Great store. Great stuff."

"If you’re in the area, just go to the Brooksville Harbor Freight they are significantly more helpful than this store. However, I’m just here to say if you are trying to decide what generator to buy, whatever you do, DO NOT buy a predator from harbor freight. I know there’s going to be people saying “I’ve never had issues with mine” but believe me, unless you want the possibility of having NON STOP ISSUES, STAY FAR AWAY. There are plenty of forums discussing the defects with these generators, the 9500 should’ve been recalled along with the 5000. Long story short, our first predator 9500 lasted a total of 3 months (under 300 hours) before the CO2 sensor malfunctioned and the generator would no longer turn on, the electric start never worked and the CO2 sensor alarm would go off while using it in an open field, easy fix, or so we thought, cover the sensor with electrical tape, well that only lasted about 2 months before the sensor malfunctioned. TWO DAYS AGO we returned that original generator and got a brand new one, thankfully without paying for the warranty again. Straight out of the box the electric start didn’t work, not a huge deal for the time being since we can start it manually. Well this morning that generator with 13 HOURS on it would no longer turn on. This has been a nightmare. We use this generator for our business and we have lost a ton of money this week due to these issues. Harbor freight customer service admitted to me that this is a manufacturer defect. We got another new generator today but only because we need one for a huge event tomorrow that we can’t miss. If I could go back in time I would NEVER buy a predator 9500 again."

"Very misleading the customers. Have sale signs posted throughout the store. After making the purchase and being overcharged told price is for inside club members. Signs should not be displayed if not for everyone as club members already know they get the sale price Early. Employee solution was to purchase membership of $29.99 to get the early price or come back when the price is for everyone. Very misleading the customers. Will shop elsewhere as I will not shop where businesses mislead customers."

"Went to this location looking to purchase several electrical tools and accessories. I needed an associate. I wandered around the store could not find anyone to help me. After about an hour inside the location, I decided it was time to leave out of frustration. I exit the building and look to my right and there's all the associates outside smoking. I guess it's a different location I will be buying my purchases from. Thank you guys for all of your assistance that I did not receive today. Have a wonderful day!"
