Domino's Pizza

"I don't know who's doing this quality check that is on the tracker but it's obviously not happening here. This is an order of wings with a non-cut pizza which they can't handle either one obviously. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Also they did not get the delivery correct I asked for contactless delivery and I had an angry and annoyed pizza person knocking on my door. Which I also have on video"

"We are very old fashioned, and reluctantly didn’t want to order online, but finally have done it and it is very simple and actually saves time from repeating your self on the phone. Pizza was delicious & hot, got it quickly and the medium was just perfect for a family of 4. Thank you to the staff, job well done!"

"I really want to thank the manager on duty tonight and the staff at my local domino’s on northcliffe dr in Spring Hill, in my opinion they went above and beyond tonight especially in this world where good customer service and kindness is becoming extinct. Unfortunately the app glitched when I chose the gps option for for my location and when it picked up the house next door instead of the house I was at i was so tired having been working so much i didn’t even catch it. The neighbors next door decided to keep the food despite me going out and knocking on their door a couple minutes after it was delivered and the manager was kind enough not only to stay on the phone with me while I was in my exhausted frustrated state of mind looking for my pizza lol. He then offered to either refund or remake and re-deliver my pizza despite being very backed up and let me know it could he up to an hour or more longer we decided to have it redelivered. I don’t think it was even another 20 minutes and they were back at my door with my order. Definitely some of the fastest and nicest customer service I’ve had in a while!!!"

"I ordered $45 worth of pizza for everything to go wrong. The app is ahead of schedule. It told me my order arrived when it didn’t. I frantically walk up and down my street looking for my order thinking they dropped it off at the wrong address. Turns out the app was wrong. When I received my order, I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered 2 hand tossed pizzas, 2 tatertots, and a cheese stuffed bread. I never received my order of stuffed bread. My pizzas were not what I ordered. I ended up with one deep dish and one thin crust. I should’ve went somewhere else. Please do better."
