"Can’t say enough bad about this post office and how it’s operating. Post master is utter trash as far as managing goes. He’d of been fired long ago from any other form of employment. Since moving into this new house in Citrus Springs, I have consistently had mail either not delivered, held, or flat out lost. While some of the blame falls on Jacksonville, a lot of it is Dunellon. Package out for delivery yesterday. Only for it to update saying it’s back in Jacksonville today. Even had a package go from here, all the way bypassing me to Puerto Rico, and finally to my mailbox a month later. I can understand holidays slowing mailing down, but even in the midst of summer did I have issues. I hate that Amazon doesn’t run routes in this area yet and they rely on usps for delivery. The only decent carrier I have had here is fed ex and that’s saying a lot. Ups just shows up so late in the day sometimes 8-9 they are consistent but it’s a long time to wait so things don’t sit outside all night. But this USPS has got to change. Whether it’s employees, training, or everyone from the top down terminated and the new staff properly trained, god forbid they were medicines or timely legal papers going all over the place but here."

"This post office is terrible. They only deliver mail when they feel like it. No amount of complaints help. The post master needs to go!! We have went 3 days without the carrier stopping at my house. The informed delivery service was showing we had mail each day."

"I didn't know a post office could pick and choose who they deliver mail to! I have lived in my home for 10 months. Let me mention it's a "Habitat for humanity home", because apparently to them that matters. I live on the main road of Deltona Blvd, me and 4 other homes, a total of 5 homes. They refused to deliver our mail, saying they have to get the big boxes installed for months. Finally the boxes were installed 8 or so months later. I drive down the street and into the neighborhood just to get my mail. But I noticed my neighbors were actually getting mail to their boxes at their home. So I call and the supervisor says absolutely not will they deliver the mail to our homes and I need to tell everyone to take their mailboxes down. We'll out of our 5 homes, 1 person still has their mailbox up, and guess what the mail is delivered there without issue. I watch my neighbor 3 doors down get their mail, but yet they refuse to deliver to me. Completely unacceptable, worst post office."

"This post office held my mail for a month and returned to sender. They said it was because they can't deliver to my mailbox without they're vehicles getting stuck. They forced me to put up a new mailbox to get my mail. My son rides his electric scooter on the gravel road past our mailbox. I put a new mailbox in down the road next to my neighbor's and half the mail delivery drivers still deliver to my old mailbox. (both private and government vehicles) ridiculous."
