Dunkin'

"Hands down the worse Dunkin. Half the time they are out of what you are trying to order. Just tried to get a muffin, they were out. So I asked for a bagel. Got a toasted bagel with nothing on it, it wasn’t even cut open. Pulled up to the workers chatting with friends acting like I was inconveniencing them. It is like this almost every time. Once we left after paying because over half an hour went by and the line wasn’t even moving."

"Ordered my coffee and when I got to the window and was handed my coffee it was leaking all over & then saw the sticker on the cup & told them it wasn't what I ordered. They insisted the sticker was a mess up & my coffee was made right (even though she couldnt tell me what it was suppose to be). Then charged me more than usual & it was in fact the wrong coffee. I will never return to this location"

"For a fully staffed restaurant this is the slowest dunkin' donuts I have ever been to ...counter people waited 10 minutes ... for seriously one cup of coffee one guy waited. Rude counter girl. I get they were busy but they need to learn to move a little faster ...very young staff needs management to train these people"

"I am in sales and marketing and stopped by this morning to order 6 dozen donuts to drop off at some of my accounts. I went to the drive through and placed the order. After paying at the window I was told to pull forward and someone would bring out the order. To my surprise, Jess brought the donuts out and said, “ I was told to tell you that the next time you order donuts you need to come inside and get them!” I asked, what is the limit on the drive through and she could not tell me. “If I’m here, I will get them for you and I really hated to tell you this but was told to!” My previous order at this location, I called ahead the day before to place an order of 100 donuts and I was told by Management that I could not place orders ahead of time. I was instructed to either come inside or just go to the drive through and place the order. This location is in need of some customer service training! The customers should not be made to feel like they are an inconvenience!"

"Not happy. Passing through Dunnellon today and was feeling tired and needed to get some caffeine to wake up for my drive home. Asked for a shot of espresso in my iced coffee, and also ordered hashbrowns for my toddler and 2 small wake up wraps because I had not eaten yet today and it was going on 3pm. The espresso shot was not in my coffee and there was no sweetener. Then the hash browns were 4 maybe 5 total in the paper bag not even 1/4 full and they were falling apart and looked like they had been stepped on...And the wake up wraps were burnt to a crisp the cheese was black. What a waste of money and time. I will never stop by this Dunkin again. Not like they care though."
