He gave me a fair price for the work I needed done. We had it set up for this coming Monday. The following day he contacted me about having someone come over on Saturday. Fine with me. He called right back and asked if Friday would be good. You bet, I replied. Sure enough, his guy Mark showed up at the time promised. In two hours he remedied 40 years if neglect.
