"Nice new place. Great crew. No dine in at the new location. It's sad but businesses are doing what they have to do to keep their profit margin where it's at or better."

"Next time I make a carryout order and am physically in the store ready to pick it up, make sure I'm on the top priority. If a customer is physically there to pick up their order, you should bump the order to the top especially if it's a couple of small easy items. I came in with 5 mins left out of 15 since I ordered and had to wait an extra 20 minutes for an 8-count boneless wing and an order of cheese sticks. The employees were not doing their jobs and were scattered in different areas. The girl cashier once intervened with the girl who made my wings to complete my order and told her it was a different order to confuse her. So my order was done and waiting for someone to give it to me. This unnecessary wait probably wouldn't have happened if the employees were more concerned about doing their jobs and assisting customers rather than fraternizing with each other. I will say one girl employee was doing a lot of work and telling the other employees to do their jobs, I think her name was lyric, I'm not sure if the spelling is there but I think that's the name I heard. Bottom line, employees need to be more focused and customer driven and the manager should be more aware of what's going on. Not once did he ask me if I needed help."

"Tried to make an online order, charged twice, told the order never went though and attempted to charge me a 3rd time. 0 customer service, 0 fix, just told nothing we can do. I personally have been very disappointed with this particular pizza hut, my order was wrong last time, and took well over 90 min to receive. It's a shame my family enjoys it or I would never order here again. Perhaps I need to just drive and pick it up at different location. For sure never using this location again."
