"Some clown running this place decided they are so poor that they implemented a policy of 1 sauce per item. Yes, even chalupas and large items off of the value menu. I called, and they were proud of their SOP. I told them it would be nice to tell the customers that you're different than every other taco bell on planet Earth. They said they are just different and thought it was perfectly acceptable of them."

"Sept 2023 Sorry Gary for recommending the nachos. Burnt nachos and mentioned that to two employees and told they HAD to cook them X amount of time now... Okay burned and funky taste. Neither employee offered refund nor replacement...... but they did deliver to the table so so service 2 bad, one great. Atmosphere is great. Food last 3 times not very good ( burned nachos) and I had to update my review. Just BARELY RECOMMENDING this time .. Disappointed. When I recommended something that I had always enjoyed to my new friend. Sorry Gary. Been giving great reviews here but just deleted my last ones. Started new one....."

"Thank God for door dash. We order here a few days a week. Breakfast is always good but the afternoon/night manager is awful. Today it was spicy double steak burrito yet no jalapenos on the outside, and my burritos had hardly no beef. Thanks to door dash I got my money back. When I order they couldn't care less when they mess up. It's cheap food, get it right for the premium prices you charge! It's literally night and day between who runs breakfast and who runs dinner ."
