"Worst over priced bike shop ever bike repair man was horrible"

"I was at the trailhead when I found myself in need of what I hoped would be a quick tire fix. Since it was late in the day, my usual bike shop was minutes from closing so I googled my options and happily found F2R bike shop was open. I drove there hoping it would be something they could diagnose and perhaps have fixed in a day or so (as my usual bike shop has quite the backlog and I'd never expect a same-day repair). However, the bicycle tech was able to take a look and have me fixed and back on the road in about 20 minutes for $20! All done with a positive attitude and willingness to help. The other staff in the store also came to check in and converse while the repair was taking place. In a time when great service is increasingly hard to find, this was a breath of fresh air. I'll definitely utilize this bike shop again and will recommend to my biking friends. Thanks again!"

"I purchased a brand new SE Racing bicycle for $1000 there a year and a half ago. It was flawed and faulty when it was sold to me. I attempted to trade it for the exact same model in the store, but the other model had the exact same issue as the one I purchased. The Manager refused to allow me to return it and actually tried to "educate me" in a condescending tone as to how "business works" and that once I purchased the bike I have to take up any issue with the Manufacturer. I have less than 10 miles on this bike and its been nothing but problems. The mechanic went above and beyond even using personal parts to do what he could, but the problems reoccured every time after being repaired by myself and professional mechanics elsewhere. The Vendor never made good on a flawed product I purchased. They also stated the shop should have never sold me the bicycle and more so tried to fix it when they were made aware of the issue. The bike is a lemon and the shop knew it when they sold it to me. I have owned 40+ bicycles in my lifetime. I have owned 4 SE Racing bikes with this being my 5th (and last) Unfortunately, this bike just sits unused. I can't bring myself to sell it to someone who thinks they are getting something worthy or worthwhile. Boat anchor w/ wheels."

"The bike repair specialist/tech Nico was a REAL one! He really helped me out fixing my scooter's rear wheel while no other shop or store was willing to even take a look at it. The manager there was also really cool when we were talking!"

"What a great experience!!! I called a couple local bike repair places to see their timing for my quick tire/tube repair. Most were 2-3 days. Matt (the guy with tattoos) from F2R, mentioned what the issue would possibly be and stated that I could wait for it since I wanted to continue with my daily ride. He was awesome - I think it took less than 30 minutes!!! Matt was so informative, detailed, very organized and meticulous in making sure everything was working correctly. He was busy taking calls, working with walk in customers, but was always happy to bounce back and forth. It was best money spent! I would highly recommend F2R and Matt."
