"Dispatcher scheduled delivery from 10-11am. They never showed up. I called and was told the skid was left on the dock. So I was rescheduled for the next morning. Missed their phone call and by the time I could call back 20 minutes later, I had missed my opportunity for delivery today. The Dispatcher scheduled me for tomorrow at 9am. No flexibility for their mistake."

The entire world is going through manufacturer and supply crisis. if you want prices to go up drastically, then bash small businesses which drive this country's economy when you have an issue. It is out of the "middle-mans"' hands and a good company will see to it that that you are taken care of, but there is a need tp be patient. None of us are getting what we want right now. I have to give Lisa MAJOR props for being se sweet and kind when calling about my delivery. All small businesses are getting kicked when we are down right not, but we are mercy of manufacturer/supply chains, don't take the economy down by abusing the driving force of this country, small businesses.
