Reviews
"I am giving this Goodwill five stars for customer services. Yes, inflation is high, but Goodwill prices have increased 65% with in a year. That is a big jump since most people that shop at Goodwill can not afford retail & all the nice & new with tags items are sold on their online platform. That being said: I wanted to write a review to give a shout out to two excellent employees. I received outstanding customer service from Estefania & Genevieve the last time I came in to get some house items. Which is when I noticed the price changes. Both employees are very helpful and they always have a smile on their faces even dealing with rude customers. Great job ladies and give yourself a pat on the back. Overall love this store, clean, organized, & friendly staff."
"Somehow a "non employee" got a uniform and dressing room key and entered the dressing room of a woman and did not exit until she literally screamed at him to. After exiting the fitting room the woman saw three employees a manager another employee and the third employee that walked in on her, the manager proceeded to say that the man that walked in on her did not work here ( but somehow had a uniform and a dressing room key) and there was nothing she could do. It's honestly absolutely appalling that multiple people would cover up for this man and I guarantee that it will probably happen again if he has these kinds of people covering up for him."
"Lady at the donation drop off told me they’re closed. They close at 8 and it’s 6 pm. Pretty sure she didn’t wanna take in donations in the rain but this is Florida and it’s not like it’s down pouring. you’re not gonna die from getting rained on."
"This is a great place. Even though their prices are not the lowest among thrift stores, there still have lots of good and affordable stuff. They always have deals going on and they do sell some new items which is surprising. There are no deal on new stuff but it’s perfectly understandable."
"I went yesterday to donate a lot of stuff and the Men that received the products was very rude. Came with his mouth full of food and told me i don't get your staff out of your car. He said, put in the floor right next to the door. (this is not my first time I donate staff to goodwill) I now what I have to do. But I didn't like it the way he approach to me. He never said Good Morning nothing. Managers need to put a little more effort to train your people."
