"They lost our skids and, after finding them a week later, lost them again and delivered them too late for an event deadline. The most frustrating part is not being able to get honest and accurate information and being lied to with false promises and wrong information. I’d recommend avoiding this shipping company entirely until they get their act together. Even their customer service and support seems to be outsourced to third world countries. I’d use other more-reputable companies."

"I ordered furniture from Office Depot and they used TForce for delivery. My husband and I WFH and this company has sent delivery exceptions multiple times saying there is no one at our residence. This is patently untrue. Someone is here all of the time. I don't know why this company is insisting on being dishonest and not delivering my order. "The most terrible freight company I have ever dealt with. Local office people were ok but other then that this company should be completely avoided at all cost. "Placed an order with Office Depot. Received notification that my parcel was delivered this morning - it was not. I checked the tracking information and put in a request to locate parcel and was told it was delivered. I was emailed a signature, with a note saying if I still have an issue, take it up with Amazon(?) Really... first, it's not an amazon order, second, the signature is NOT me, not even the same name..... So, I replied to said message with that info and have not heard back. Now I'm on the phone with Office Depot and hopefully THEY can help - I do hope Office Depot finds another carrier for deliveries."
