"I picked a package up from this place, and then went to ship it to another individual and they told me I could not do so without a freight account. So I go online and open a freight account. I go in there to ship it and they told me that I've got an Express freight account, I need a freight freight account. I asked them if I can sign up for this freight account and they told me they don't know how to do that?nobody in the entire FedEx freight building knows how to tell a customer to open up a FedEx freight account so they can ship the same package that picked up from FedEx freight. I was in the building offering to pay cash, or card, to ship a package and I was basically turned away. Being a business owner myself it would be very, very upsetting to know my customers were being treated in such a way."
