"I would say it is by far the worst terminal I've ever worked with but no one is at the terminal to work with! Changed a shipment for pickup because they didn't have enough trucks with a lift gate, showed up between the 11-4 time for pick up and no one works the terminal. Turns out this particular terminal doesn't have enough employees and doesn't return calls or emails to set a time to pick up a shipment. Still waiting...This would never happen with any of the Majors, Fedex Estes averitt etc."

"Have never received a shipment on time. I've had my materials arrive in ft myers and sit there for weeks to then have them sent all over florida before being delivered. When lifts are broken they don't inform you until after you call days later and they still have no info as to when delivery will be. They then show up without notice and can't deliver because they weren't equipped properly to then hold your materials for I don't know how long afterwards. I've had several experiences with them, and have had to go pick up my delivery and have never gotten refunded for the delivery fee I paid that never happened. The worst!"

"Quick update on the below statement: Just when I thought this company couldn't get worse they go and out do themselves. Now that they finally were able to get my pallet off the truck after 2 weeks, they then realize that they don't have a lift gate to transport it down here with. Oh it still gets worse than that; they can't figure out how to get a lift gate for the next 3 weeks. So it will be at least 5 weeks before I can get my pallet delivered the 35 miles south. I really wish there was a rating below 1. This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. The package arrived at their company on Saturday and was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I contacted them on Monday morning to schedule the delivery and was told that I needed to make an appointment for delivery and there was no way of doing that today. They would call later that day to schedule the shipment for Tuesday. No call back of course so I called first thing Tuesday and was told because of staff shortage they wouldn't be even able to get to the truck that had my package for several more day and there was nothing they could do about it. They would call back whenever they get around to unloading that truck. So it takes 2 days to get a pack from George to Ft Myers FL and 6 days to get it from Ft Myers FL to Naples FL which is a total of about 35 miles. What a joke of a company."

"I would give no stars if I could! Our shipment should have arrived Tuesday8/24 and everyday since Friday 8/27 they have changed it! Finally we were told a delivery would be made from to 230 to 430 and it kept changing until 8pm until finally they scheduled it to 8/30! How ridiculous, my restaurant has no chairs! Worse trucking company I’ve experienced"
