"DO NOT USE THEM!! I do not like to criticize a business, but I feel compelled to warn any potential customer to the ultimate failure of this company to pack our valuable artwork carefully and thoughtfully. Especially since they state that their expertise is packing and shipping artwork. In our opinion, their approach to packing a valuable piece of a 30+-pound sculpture was negligent, using materials that were extremely insufficient, e.g., using the thinnest possible bubble wrap that was barely thicker than paper towel, and loosely packed with popcorn (which we have since found out that very few packing professionals use any more because other packing materials are more effective.) They also knew that it was a treasured piece, not only due to its beauty but also because it belonged to a decease parent. We experienced a SENSELESS LOSS due to NEGLIGENCE and POOR JUDGEMENT. The piece was COMPLETELY DESTROYED!! In response to the owner: We DID reach out to you, 2 times, with no response at all from you. This is not about the (pitiful) $300 offer, nor is it about whether or not it was insured. This IS about the careless and negligent packing of our 30+ pound, glass sculpture. The previous owner has nothing to do with this. You and Craig are the owners, the responsible parties, and that employee was YOUR employee. You and CRAIG are solely responsible for this. If he, and you, truly cared about the safe packaging of the art, you would have been more involved. STOP BLAMING the previous owner, or this employee. This is your responsibility. BEWARE EVERYONE!!"
