"The best parts city I have been too. Staff was nice and helpful. They actually answer their phones and was able to help me out. They could of just easily dismissed my request but they went out of their way to help me out. Really appreciate!!! Great staff!!!"

"Horrible just terrible customer service. The ONLY person that was nice was a new employee that was stocking and helped us find candles. First my husband asked the cashier for some assistance because his pick up order (by his own error) was schedule for pick up in Aventura, we live in kendall, she said he had to go to Aventura! Then when he he said 'excuse me?' , she said go call to change it. Then I was on line to price check an item and the manager, who had just attended a customer tells me in a rude manner, I'm not the cashier, she is and pointed to the girl who had attended my husband. The young lady looked at her and said aren't you in the open cashier? So the manager reluctantly checked it for me. My husband is a Customer service manager for one of the largest companies in Miami and I've worked in premium customer service for 33 years... this was inexcusable! Not the first time either but I believe in giving every place a second chance. No wonder this party city is empty and always empty shelves. During these times, EVERYONE AND EVERY COMPANY has to step up considering we can do almost every order online!!! Customer service isn't that hard... trust me, I know. Very disappointing."
