"Zero stars for customer service. My business ordered a part for a step machine in May, we were told it was on back order which I understand & have no issue with. However, I had to call weekly for updates & have been given multiple answers when the part would be received. I was told last week that the part had arrived after being told there was not an ETA yet earlier that day. I have called multiple times per day since then & left messages with no return calls (4 business days). I was told that the part would be installed 3 days ago, no one has shown up & no one has returned my calls. I will be driving to the office today to get an answer if I do not receive a response by 12 PM. We will find a different company for our fitness equipment needs going forward. I have never had such a poor customer experience. Avoid this business & save yourself the frustration of the endless phone message cycle, there is no way to get a live person to answer the phone."

"I do not have a problem with the item I purchased. However, the delivery experience was not good. My delivery appointment was changed three times. When I finally got it delivered and put together, we found that the computer screen was broken. I do not blame First Place Fitness for that. It most likely was damaged when shipped from the manufacturer. However, I was told the damaged part would be expedited and shipped by Fed Ex. It did not arrive till 5 days later and was checked NO for delivery on Saturday. That is not expedited. Again, this could have been a manufacturer issue. However, I felt that the right thing to do would be to refund or at least reduce my delivery installation fee. First Place Fitness said they would get back to me on this and did not."
