"After many years in the sport I started doing business with Fly Products USA a little under a year ago. The experience has been outstanding! They are always very reliable and quick in responding to any question or need. I intended to get a tandem rating back when I started decades ago but never got around to it, instead flying a Fly Products Flash trike solo all this time. I initially contacted them about replacing the old Flash trike with a new Vertigo trike. Travis answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way as he imported a new trike for me, and quickly answered the few questions that came up during initial set up. That experience, as well as another purchasing a new prop, was so good that the idea of continuing to do business with them rekindled my tandem interest. I recently completed the training and purchased a new Xenit trike. Again, Travis was a great help in navigating accessories for the trike including a helmet/intercom/radio system, as well as the parts necessary to change the reduction ratio of my Moster engine to improve the performance of my Vertigo trike.
