"After many years in the sport I started doing business with Fly Products USA a little under a year ago. The experience has been outstanding! They are always very reliable and quick in responding to any question or need. I intended to get a tandem rating back when I started decades ago but never got around to it, instead flying a Fly Products Flash trike solo all this time. I initially contacted them about replacing the old Flash trike with a new Vertigo trike. Travis answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way as he imported a new trike for me, and quickly answered the few questions that came up during initial set up. That experience, as well as another purchasing a new prop, was so good that the idea of continuing to do business with them rekindled my tandem interest. I recently completed the training and purchased a new Xenit trike. Again, Travis was a great help in navigating accessories for the trike including a helmet/intercom/radio system, as well as the parts necessary to change the reduction ratio of my Moster engine to improve the performance of my Vertigo trike. The communication and response has always been outstanding and it has truly been a pleasure to do business with them."
