"I don't know what's going on but they don't seem to have as much merchandise as usual. Then the stuff they have , you can't find a price...I don't want to go on line to look things up while I shop. Then the sale merchandise is all in a heap on the shelves. I did not have a good shopping trip."

"Went to look at jewelry for Christmas gifts. Couldn't find the jewelry counter because lt was so small and hidden in purses. 1/3 was sun glasses. There wasn't 10 pieces of jewelry. Very disappointing. The store had been rearranged making it hard to find everything. I didn't get my Kohls Cash. Doubt if I'll go back."

"There store is very clean and the staff is friendly. I had to return an Amazon purchase and the store gave me a coupon for 15% off coupon for Kohl's items. There are a wide variety of items; my wife likes llamas and they had an assortment of gifts to choose from. Even with the coupon, the prices on items seemed a little higher than what I was willing to spend, a small plush toy was 30 dollars for example. I might go back if there was something specific I needed or if there was a sale going on.The staff was nice and helpful, but it's a bit too expensive for us for everyday shopping."
