"Purchased 2 barbells from them within a months time frame. Second one came with corroded bearing on one side. Offered to replace it once I sent the old one back. No compensation for the time to repackage or bring to a ups drop off. Leaving it to the customer to deal with poor quality control is not good service. Will be purchasing equipment elsewhere moving forward.(Update) received replacement barbell. Also has corrosion and does not spin properly. Finished with this business as the only recourse they want to take is replace the barbell with one just as bad. Will not be doing business with them again. I suggest if you like supporting companies that care about the customers they serve you purchase elsewhere.1st pic is original bar. 2nd pic is replacement. Corroded and gritty."
