"I love the convenience of this location, and the staff are great. Fairly decent prices and a variety of sizes. Good store for the whole family."
"I love shopping at Old Navy. I do feel they need to switch up the dressing rooms as I has to wait over 40 minutes for a dressing room that could fit a stroller while the other smaller dressing rooms were opened. Clothes were scattered throughout the store on the floor and many articles of clothing were not in their respected size areas so it was harder to find what I was looking for. I did have to return a few things and didn't experience any issues there. It does get a bit warm in the store as they keep their front store doors open."
"This shopping trip was so disappointing. There were maybe a few items in the women’s section over the size XXL. Old navy preaches inclusivity but does not display that in most stores. I have to travel to the orlando and Kissimmee stores to have plus size options. Employees were friendly but could not even deny there being no plus size clothing in stock. On the other hand I could shop for my size M/L mom but even then the stock was low."

"Wish they catered to the plus size a little more in this store, you have to go online to get size 3X unless you are lucky to find some in the clearance section. But the rest of the family got their Christmas shirts in store."
