"Worst 1st experience ordering online for my son for Christmas and they cancel my order by their own doing. 4 days before Christmas. I'm completely livid and will never order from them again! They don't answer at customer service or the 4 emails I sent them. I waited for customer service on the phone for 1hr just for them to hang up on me & not even say hello. Then I called back and they stopped taking calls due to high call volume! Who does that!"

"They had me drive 45 minutes for one pair of shoes. Called them they told me they had them. Store couldn’t even put enough effort to look for the shoes. Tried to sell me some different sizes dirty shoes 3 times can’t get clean pair of shoes now. See why people don’t like to shop there maybe it will be better soon."

He was very helpful and even suggested to take my number down and called me back when the shoe was in stock! I never experienced that level of customer service from a shoe store and felt like this should definitely be acknowledged. The customer service was unmatched! Give this man a raise. "The online experience is terrible at best because the navigation is odd and glitchy. The shipping is crazy high and the delivery time is long for no reason. The shoes arrive at Jacksonville I love maybe 3 hours away so I don’t think it should take 4 days to get to my location. It doesn’t make any sense. In store doesn’t have a good selection but so far the staff has been helpful and great."
