On the date promised the installation crew showed up and they went right to work. We had one area in the back in the pool cage area that we wanted done, we had something different. "After sustaining significant damage from Hurricane Ian, I conducted extensive research to find a trusted company in the window industry. Choosing Forcefield Hurricane, I was working with Jim Spies, who gave me assurances that my windows would be installed no later than February 2023 when I signed the contract in November of 2022. However, after several attempts to contact Forcefield Hurricane regarding my order, I faced challenges in obtaining any updates. Despite the exceptional job done by installation crew members Justin, Leo, and Steven, a malfunctioning window was detected during the inspection, which warranted subsequent repairs by Forcefield Hurricane. Although the installation was completed professionally and within a reasonable time frame, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. What frustrated me the most was the lack of transparency and inadequate communication from Forcefield Hurricane. As a result, I cannot rate them more than two stars at this time. In any industry, transparent communication and exceptional service are paramount, and I expect nothing less. Additionally, each window had a corresponding serial number on a sticker, which was communicated to me by the lead technician, who stressed the importance of keeping the stickers for warranty purposes. Unfortunately, Forcefield Hurricane tore off the stickers after making the window repair , leaving me without the necessary warranty information. This failure to uphold basic industry standards was a significant letdown."
