"I went to the shop on Peachland and found out that my three week old battery was bad; they didn’t have another, so they called this store to see if they had it/if they could change it (it was within warranty). I was told after the phone call that they had it and said to head over. When I got there, I was greeted with hostility and “I must have answered the call in the heat of the moment, I can’t change that.” While I understood it was sprinkling, I told him that I could wait until it passed when he said “You have no concerns for my safety!” I was blown away by the lack of customer service, and even at the minimal KINDNESS, after being told to go there! The store on Cochran was incredibly more accommodating and helpful."

Keep in mind, a couple days prior, I went to (6) SIX different stores for my EXTREMELY SIMPLE problem. All of them supposedly couldn't help me. Once I made it to store #1280, RJ fixed my problem within less than (20) twenty minutes. So with all that said, I had to compliment him and let his higher ups know.
