"Terrible customer service , always slow even when they never have clients… the guys at the office don’t have knowledge of what they are selling and they are not friendly at all and the warehouse is worst… super slow they always have attitude , you almost have to beg them to give you the order plus they don’t let you cut metals in there … because they said you could cut yourself… but they can do it for you at 5 dollars p cut … (those lazy people from the warehouse would cut themselves first ) I’m wondering how a place like this still in business ???? We must remind these people that they work for us , we are the ones who buy their products... thanks to us they get paid !!! just to see if they become a little more humble and treat us better..."
