"This is my new “GO-TO” Home Depot as I’m fed up with the Pinecrest store which is cluttered with displays, has bad balances and is very dusty & dirty. This store is well organized, well stocked, easy to park, and has unopened new stock. I needed a shop vac and they had brand new unopened stock as opposed to the other store. The manager here was helpful & friendly."

"Worked here before & wasn’t the best experience, but still love to shop here since it’s the closest Home Depot to me. Management seem just as incompetent as the people they hire, except for one cashier i wish i got his name. He was tall skinny with dreads, was very helpful & understanding to my needs. Most of everyone’s attitude is to get on & off the clock & “get customers out the way”. No one seems connected to their customers & clients anymore. Not expecting theatrics, but i surely don’t like the feeling of toning down my happiness in my shopping experience cause of the stores atmosphere."

"I forgot the name of one of the young workers there but he had a terrible attitude. No mercy was shown when I went towards him with a simple request to cut two keys. He kept saying that they can't cut keys from the outside when that's false because I have been there and had keys cut plenty of times. I take full responsibility for how the keys are cut and what happens after. On top of that the apparent manager Guillermo also lied saying they can't cut outside keys. That's fine I went to another home Depot in Kendall and the employees there gladly cut my keys and said that it wasn't a problem. They said that they aren't liable if the keys don't come out fine, and I said that's ok; in the other home Depot. If you want to go to a home Depot that has employees with an attitude and liars, go to the home Depot by deer wood. If you want to be treated fairly and get a resolution, go to any other home Depot and they'll gladly help you."

"I’m looking to renovate my apartment and I just had to stop at Home Depot for their floor and tile selections. I was very pleased with the wood floor options (both the actual wood and the wood/ceramic tiles) Their bathroom tiles choices were not my favorite and I will say other places have more options with better prices. Overall, it was a productive visit, the employees were very helpful and eager to help! I was able to leave with a great option for my floors, so I am happy about that even though I’m still not sure what to do with my bathrooms. Kudos H.D."

"After a year ago making a point that these cart’s should NOT be here because you can’t see them when coming out of the lane rounding the corner due to hedges blocking view…. They are still here. I rubbed my new car on one because of this and furthermore ITS A FIRE LANE!!!"
