The staff there must have mistaken the store for a social club because they were more interested in catching up on the latest gossip than helping customers. I even witnessed a staff member engrossed in a deep conversation while a customer was left waiting, clearly in need of assistance. It's almost as if they had a "Customer Avoidance" training program.
