Roughly about 9 out of 10 visits, item I need is unavailable and I have to drive much further to purchase what I need. It would also be nice if cash register clerks thanked me for my business and wished me a good day when I do make a purchase. Due to the closeness of this store I still always go there first, but much room for improvement in customer service."
