"Great for its merchandise but the wait to pay is way too long. They are clearly understaffed. There are many cashiers to pay but they only use 4 or 5. It makes the experience unpleasant when you have to stand an average of 45 minutes in line to pay. You need a window of 1 hour 1/2 to shop and pay there. If you want to grab and go forget about it, this is not the store for you!"

"This Homegoods location has great furniture and the best customer service. It’s not always easy to get assistance at other stores for large furniture pieces, but this store makes it quick and easy. The store was especially packed this weekend and the manager was friendly, patient and helpful with everyone who needed attention. From pulling the items (I purchased two swivel chairs) and bringing them to the register, and then helping load up my car, he made the whole process a breeze. Definitely the best South Florida Homegoods."

"Store is totally mismanaged, I had to call them on the phone to advise how angry everyone waiting in line to pay were after waiting for so long , people were walking out, the person on the phone said they had no employees, yet there were many ladies stocking up the shelves, right after I called they open more registers. Manager no where to be found."
