There price is no longer moderate, no more savings, compare with other store and quality before shopping there and they never give money back when you return materials but may credit you account with refund within 10days only. Be very careful and inspect what you buy there . No Mortal or Tile bond or cement it is old and may not stick well. I bought 12 and had to bust my tiles and redo them. Same thing with Shep’s Discount on Normandy"

"Floor guys were fantastic but every board delivered was broken. When called to figure out how to get the boards I could actually use delivered to me, a very snarky woman told me that I would need to load and bring them to the store to get the boards replaced and that they wouldn’t send the drivers out with new ones and pick up the broken ones. This place is almost an hour away not to mention that I paid over $250 for my boards so delivery was included. I’m hoping this woman actually has a manager call me, as promised. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be. Hoping the manager will make this right and if so, I’d be more than happy to write another review with a better rating."

"Drove across town to take a look at a product they say they had in stock on Facebook marketplace. I get there and they say they don't even know what it is. I had called 2 days prior to check to see if they had it and they said they did. When I get here you have to wait outside the gate even with a mask... I ask to buy some fiber cement boards while I'm ALREADY THERE.... And they say I have to come back tomorrow even though I'm within arms reach of it and have a mask and drove across town! This is crazy and complete BS! Don't waste your time on them and go to Lowe's or home Depot."
