"It was the same as always good prices. The later you go, the less crowded it is, the vegetables are fresh, the shells are stocked. They don't have anymore pigs in a blanket so that upset me. But other than that, best part is gas is $2.75 a gallon."

"This is the worst Sam's Club location I've ever been to across the country. The staff is terrible here. NONE of them seem to want to work. The customer service department chooses to make up their own return policies here and doesn't follow the ones that are posted online by corporate. If you need to make a return, just go to the other one in Orange Park. The cart area up front is always a mess. The cart return staff are extremely rude and expect you to do their job for them. I was yelled at by one of them because I didn't use the cart that had pieces of garbage and a box in it and chose to use the cart behind it. (This would never happen at Costco or BJs!) The actual store itself always has random pallets of products in the aisles like an obstacle course. There are many other Sam's Club locations I've been to and they're much nicer than this one. ADDITIONALLY, there are a couple of other options of warehouse stores nearby that have better customer service and nicer staff. I'll continue to go to this location for the gas and the carrot juice but the Costco at the town center has everything else I need without having to deal with all the bad attitudes."

"Great deals on bulk items. Store is clean and organized. Lots of shoppers but it doesn't take forever to shop. Love the scan and go feature. Huge time saver. Also love being able to bring home fresh hot pizza for my family after shopping! Overall wonderful experience here."
