"Ordered some hardware online for pickup at this location, thinking that will be fast. The website said my items would be in on Tuesday. I call on Tuesday to see if the items came in. They tell me no, it'll come in Wednesday. I call Wednesday, they tell me my parts will come in Friday. I call Friday, they tell me it'll come in the following Wednesday. I get that shipping takes a while, but why give me incorrect ETA's so many times? I was hoping to get my work done quick, and worked around the delays. If they just told me it would come in more than a week after the initial ETA, I could have done something about it beforehand. I ended up ordering the parts from another site out of fear that they'll tell me next Wednesday that the parts aren't in yet"
