"If you plan on buying a generator here think again. I bought 2 Predator 2000W Generators within 24 hours. The first one would start ONLY on run mode so I brought it back to swap out for a new one. The second generator wouldn’t even start up. Yes I put the proper oil and gas levels. Instead of giving me a full refund they charged me $124 for a restocking fee??? and the supervisor said it’s “technically been used” when I sat infront of the store to test it out to make sure it worked before I left, so to you that’s considered being used? Why tf should I pay any type of fee for your store selling faulty machines. Store is a scam, last time I’ll be stepping foot into that store. Horrible customer service."
