"Hours are inaccurate. Claim to be open until 5pm, but only if you’re going to the showroom, not if you’re trying to pick up product you that’s already purchased. Lost an entire weekend of work on my home thanks to their inability to conduct business in a professional manner. Staff is rude, unhelpful, and barely able to communicate in any language. Had I already not paid for these tiles and can’t afford to further delay work as Roca has already pushed back my timeline, I would be returning these. Sickens me that this company got a single cent from me."
