"Well I figured I’d give this paint store a try. The guy Kevin who answered the phone was an epic failure and lost a potential customer. Me not knowing anything about any of the products that they carry I was interested in finding out what they had to offer and when I asked if they had ceiling paint his reply was ‘we have a lot of paint in stock’ so I asked him again about their ceiling paint and once again he gave me another short and rude answer telling me I needed to tell him what sheen I was looking for and I told him flat White ceiling paint. So he gave me a price of $90 and change and I asked him if they only had one grade of paint there because I was wondering if they gave different options such as paint with primer and so forth. So his tone of voice changes and got a little louder and he said sir we have different grades of paint just like every other paint store in the country! At that point I had enough of his rude and condescending mannerism and I abruptly ended our conversation and told him that he has a lousy attitude and made me feel like I was a bother to him and I’ll just continue getting my paint from Lowe’s! I own and manage 40 rental properties and buy quite a bit of paint but unfortunately it won’t be from Florida paints!"

"Bought 17 gallons of paint, various colors over a week period. 5 gallons of the paint is a different viscosity and coverage that the gallon that I purchased. Management offers no solution except that he is sorry I wasted my time, but offers no remedy, the other employees have been helpful but due to covid impacting their well being, I have dealt with 4 different people including a day they could not locate my color chart and cost half a day searching for the correct codes again. Thanks for the waste of my time, materials and manpower."
