"Staff was extremely rude. My husband and I said have a good evening as we exited the store since the older lady’s working at the front didn’t speak when we came in The store just looked and the spoke amongst themselves. They ignored us completely. Training on customer service is needed."
"Management sucks at this store. The managers are in the back on truck day opening up all the merchandise and taking what they want before they bring them out to the floor. Why should customers have to buy leftovers? I spoke to the head manager and she said she knows what goes on but she’s not doing anything about it."
"So....not only do you not have employees actually checking people out but you've also given up on having them actually stock shelves, clean the store or go retrieve carts in the parking lot. Nice business model do nothing and pay people for it....explains a lot! I'd rather pay full price then ever shop at this particular location again. And all the rude young lazy ladies you employ aren't helping this location."
