"I've been to several Home Goods in different counties and this store by far has room for improvement. The inventory not well organized, and the entire store was crowded and disorganized. Store not shopping cart friendly. It's not a fun shopping experience by far. Would not recommend anyone with a wheelchair, walker , or small children with a stroller to go to this location."

"This is by far the worst I have ever been too! I thought my mom was exaggerating about her store in south Lakeland but was I wrong! We shop for at least two hours sometimes especially if they have gotten a lot of merchandise in at the St. Pete store. Associates should not be putting more out but organizing what is already out and maintaining a safe store environment. This store cannot be in compliance for disabled people or fire department and this is not just for the holidays but an every day shopping environment. The managers at this store need to go to my store in St. Pete at Gateway Mall and see how you deal with over saturation of merchandise. You cannot shop and see current merchandise available because aisles are completely blocked. Other shoppers who are not from here were also mortified at the state of this store. I will not be back. Corporate needs to take notice."

"our cashier Jane, was completely rude and had the worst customer service. I get that she doesnt want to work late , but nobody told her to work in customer service. this location is the one in lakeland by the greenwise and mcdonalds."
