"I do not recommend this store at all, terrible customer service, they did not want to exchange my Craftsman tools that have a lifetime warranty, 3 employees argued among themselves because only one employee wanted to help me while 2 others and the manager did not, with the excuse that per company policy but it is the only store that is difficult to do business in. Maybe because of my Hispanic appearance it makes me think that we are not pleasant."
"The best customer service I’ve ever seen. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and was asked if I needed any help. The staff is very knowledgeable. I bought a grill and even though it was raining they still loaded it up in my truck and took the time to tie it down. There’s no way I would’ve received that level of service from Home Depot or Lowe’s."
