"Went in to repurchase landscaping rock. The receptionist said she could pull up my initial order in the system but couldn’t actually do it. I described the decorative (pink toned) granite as what I wanted yet she said it was the mixed granite (no pink rocks at all). After distributing and washing off the dust it was obvious that this wasn’t the correct material. I called back and explained the situation, they were not helpful nor did they take responsibility for their mischaracterization of material requested. I would highly recommend finding a different vendor for landscaping material. In response to owner’s comments: Your information is not accurate. I came in on Monday the 15th and was told that I had to have an appointment to pick up a load of rocks. I did spend time with the office manager and found the rock that I have in my front yard but didn’t see the one for my back yard. I showed a picture of the rocks and described the pink coloration. On the 16th I came in to pick up the first batch and asked if I could come back in a couple hours to pick up the second batch and was told that I could. I returned about 2 hours later and was told that I could only pick up first thing in the morning, while that was annoying it wasn’t worth mentioning in my first post. On the 17th I came in and picked up the mixed granite, I was present for the loading and saw a few pink rocks on the ground, assumed it was correct. **Your own response actually validated my point perfectly. The picture I provided is the material I purchased the first time (lots of pink rock) and what I was given on the 17th that was described as pink rock (mixed granite). In your own words you said there should have been pink in the mixed granite and said the picture showed the gray granite that was picked up on the 16th. At this point I would have 0 confidence in buying from your company again."

"I should have read all these 1 star reviews before doing business with them. I had a hole that called for 40 yard of dirt. I ordered three 15 yard truckloads and a load of topsoil but after dumping it all the hole wasn't even close to full. I should have compared the prices shown on their website to what the actually charge you, so should you. After checking my order more closely I saw they charged me the 15 yard price for topsoil but delivered me only 5 yards of top soil. I told them I wanted the 10 extra yards of topsoil that they charged me for and not received. I contacted the owner and he rudely said I got everything I am getting. There is no doubt the loads were short of dirt. I had to call another company since I still needed more dirt and they brought me out 15 yards. The pile that was left after they dumped it was obviously bigger then the piles Piece company dumped. Be sure to scroll down and read all these 1 star reviews. Do they seem like ethical and honest people to you? If this many people all have these problems, that should tell you all you need to know."

"BEWARE!! They use a 1/2 yard bucket and say that it is a 1 yard bucket. When I contacted the lady that took my payment (apparently the owners daughter), she wanted nothing to do with the situation. I’ve been doing this for 10+ years and know what a 1 yard bucket looks like. Definitely would not refer this place to anyone. Prices are cheap but you are only getting half the material."
