"I was calling to inquire a pavers product today but the person that I spoke with is very unprofessional , i called more than 10x before someone picked up the phone. . I was asking what is the approximate time of wait when order was been placed by a contractor and the lady said. We cannot give you any information , and we cannot give you any idea about our products either. Is this some kind of Top Secret info that im inquiring ? What kind of Customer Service is this? If theres negative stars on a review for this company I will give it hundred times . This company sucks!"

"Worst customer service ever . It’s almost like they are doing you a favor by being here . They make you wait outside in the weather for your signature on a piece of paper . The large black woman that takes your order has a mountain of papers on her desk. Then when I’m the only person in there and 2 other people come in after me , she services them first and puts them in line for pick up before me , adding 20-30 minutes of wait time . Even though you have a account there and have been in business with good standing , they won’t accept your business check . You need a cashiers check . And if you use a credit card they tack on 2.25% processing fee. Overall a bad experience with customer service . On to the product . They have good selection and a huge inventory , however if you place any sizeable order (more than a few pallets ) expect to wait months for your product . If I had the money to open a business like this , I could take every single customer of theirs ."

I can honestly say that they offer an outstanding product that we are proud to use for our paver and retaining wall installations. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. "Otr drivers, when you come in the drive, go around the locals on the right of driveway, stay to the left and follow around all the way out back and it loops up to the front, unload is in same 3 lanes as the load lanes, very tight in two spots for a hood in the back. I got here early and its been hours and still not unloaded."

"12 pallets of pavers dropped on my customers lawn. The problem? We never ordered ANY pavers. We don't use Tremron products. Contacted Tremron last week 7/6/22 to have them removed. The pavers are still there. Customer service is useless. They say they contacted the builder who ordered them. But nothing has been picked up. They won't supply the builders name, so we can contact them directly. Pathetic. Your error, and you won't resolve it. These pavers never should've been delivered, they were never ordered, and they need to be removed immediately. 7/13/22"
