"As a military vet, I have lived in many places and had experiences with lots of contractors. This is by far the worse company I have had to deal with. I wrote a review last year and Camilo (owner) contacted me directly and asked if I could take it down and allow them to rectify the issue. I did and here I am 1 year later still fighting the same battle. Bottom line my floors have lifting from the original date of install, Camilo tried to convince me that I had a moisture issue in my home, but several reputable contractors told me that there was no issue. I gave him countless opportunities to fix the issue since I am on a 10-year warranty, but he continues to schedule repair dates and doesn't have his team show up. "NO CALL NO SHOW!" I have taken several days off work for these "scheduled dates”, and no one shows up or calls. The unprofessionalism is beyond anything I could have ever imagined. My stairs material lifts so much that my dog and several family members have fallen due to the material getting caught on our feet. The entire upstairs planks are lifting and so is the entire bottom floor. They never came to repair the quarter rounds that were peeling from the wall from the start of installation and the list goes on and on. I have text messages with no response from them that go on for months to include the text stating they would be at my house and never showed. I've heard about people's experiences with terrible contractors, but this company takes the cake. Don't let the lower price of their floors and installation reel you in... You get what you pay for, and it will be well worth the money to pay extra for quality materials and SERVICE. BTW this post will NOT be coming down. Review for the Tampa Florida Location"

"I had over 1000 ft.² of old tile and hardwood replaced from Flooring Master. I had complete demolition done in one day. and then when that was complete, I had beautiful 24 x 48 large format, tiles installed. The demolition went smoothly lead by Adolfo. There was a couple minor issues that was quickly and swiftly corrected by the outstanding crew from Flooring Master and the project manager Sergio. I then moved on to tile installation which took place over a few days, and was led by Carlos. Carlos is also a perfectionist. I had a few minor issues that was quickly resolved by Sergio again. Then it was time to get the baseboards installed. this was conducted by Alonzo. Trust me when I tell you this man’s carpentry skills are amazing. He is also a very hard worker who will not be satisfied unless you’re satisfied! This is my second time using Flooring Master and will not be my last. I cannot end my review without speaking about Melissa the sales rep who also does the measurements of your house and estimates. She is simply not replaceable because of her customer service and outstanding communication skills. I will be contacting the sales manager/owner Camilo to let him know what a great company he is running. The 4.8 ranking is real and the owner and workers understand customer service. do not hesitate to use Flooring Master for your flooring needs!"
